At Beautiful Chaos Celebrancy, I may need to collect some personal information from you in order to create and deliver your ceremony.

Beautiful Chaos Celebrancy is a sole-trader celebrancy business based in Cornwall.

I am responsible for the personal information I collect and use in connection with my services.

your ceremony date and venue;
information about your ceremony plans;
personal stories, memories and details that you choose to share with me;

You decide how much personal information you want to share with me.

Being a personal ceremony, some information about your relationship and your lives together is naturally part of this process. I will treat anything you share with care and respect.

plan, write and deliver your ceremony;
communicate with you about your ceremony;
arrange payments and maintain appropriate business records;

Your ceremony stories

You may tell me some wonderfully personal things while we create your ceremony together.

Those stories belong to you.

I will not use your personal stories, memories or identifying details for marketing, social media, my website or other promotional purposes without your permission.

If I would like to share something from your ceremony, I will ask you first.

You can say no.

There is no awkwardness, no explanation required and no effect on the service you receive.

Photographs and sharing

Photographs, videos, stories and other material involving you, your family or your guests will only be used where you have given appropriate permission for promotional purposes.

Legal basis for using your information

I will only collect and use personal information where I have a lawful reason to do so.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
