I'm Laura!

I'm a celebrant based in Cornwall, and I have a rather strong belief that life is far too interesting to fit neatly into a ceremony template.

I'm happiest when people tell me their story - the lovely bits, the ridiculous bits, the unexpected bits and everything in between. Life, for me, is a mixture of family, children, dogs, washing on the line, homemade pizza, financial spreadsheets and never quite enough hours in the day. It's busy. It's noisy. It's sometimes wonderfully chaotic.

And I think that's exactly why ceremonies shouldn't be about pretending that life is perfectly polished.

They're about connection.

They're about the people standing in front of you, the people beside you and the story that brought you all there.

Being part of someone's important moments is something I don't take lightly.

It would be an absolute honour to help you create a ceremony that feels like you.
